We will help you throughout the entire process with all that is required to prove your relationship qualifies for Spousal Sponsorship and to ensure a successful application.Sponsor your child or other dependent
Dependent children of Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are currently living abroad may be sponsored by their parents under the Family Class. This includes both natural and adopted children who meet one of the following conditions:
- is under age 19 and does not have a spouse or common-law partner; or
- is 19 years of age or older and has depended largely on the financial support of a parent since before age 19 because of a physical or mental condition.
Our immigration consultants will assist you in gathering all the necessary information and documents for sponsoring your child. We will determine that you and your child(ren) meet all the criteria for sponsorship and prepare a thorough sponsorship application and submit the application on your behalf.
Sponsor your parent or grandparent
The Family Class also allows Canadians to sponsor their parent(s) or grandparent(s) for permanent residence. Sponsors must meet the minimum requirements to sponsor a parent or grandparent, including meeting the minimum income requirements. Our trained staff will guide you in gathering the necessary documentation to show you qualify. We will provide a detailed list of documents for both the sponsor and the person being sponsored.
Super Visa (for parents and grandparents)
In addition to the Family Class sponsorship program, Canada offers another option for parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents. The Super Visa Program allows you to bring your parent/grandparent to Canada long-term, as visitors. The Super Visa is a multiple-entry visitor visa that may last up to ten years. In order to qualify, your parent or grandparent must meet the requirements for a visitor visa. We will assist you in determining your eligibility and gathering the necessary documentation for a proper application. We will also notify you if you require a Temporary Resident Visa in addition to the Super Visa.
